Production Times

Everything in the quick-to-ship section will ship within a week, everything else will ship in 6-8 weeks. Why so long? Because each piece is lovingly and painstakingly handmade by myself and just a few other queers in a small studio in Chicago. We work hard, but we are also perfectionists in our craft and are deeply committed to making you a harness that you’ll love — so it takes us some time. We’re very sensitive, so be nice about it, okay?

Kindly resist the temptation to ask us for updates within the 6 week processing period. I promise that your order is under way, and responding to your email to takes time that would be better spent working on your order.

Shipping

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Make sure you get your order shipped to a secure address and purchase Route shipping protection at checkout.

If your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, don’t panic just yet! USPS does this fun thing now where they mark packages as delivered days before they actually deliver them. Give it a week, and if it still hasn’t arrived, feel free to contact me and I’ll see what I can do to help!

We have yet to find a country that we can’t ship to. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Pickup

Orders must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. Unclaimed orders after 90 days will be canceled and refunded, subject to a $20 restocking fee on regular orders and a 15% restocking fee on custom orders.

Rush Orders

Need a harness for a last-minute photoshoot or sexy date night? I do rush orders for a fee on a case-by-case basis, depending on what you need and how busy I am. Message me to inquire!

Returns/Exchanges

Customers have 60 days from the date they receive their return shipping label to send back items for return or exchange. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, the return/exchange request will be canceled.
